Mr. Boykin is an experienced acquisition leader, facilitator and SME for a myriad of industry and government agencies. Possess over 25 years in the federal sector. Al is a retired Colonel with the U.S. Air Force with the following certifications: DAWIA Level III (Contracting); DAWIA Level I (Program Management); Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM); and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). Al has held executive positions with: DoD, NCMA and Industry.
Mr. Williams brings over 35 years of acquisition experience to PACE LLC where he will work closely with the CEO to foster a positive corporate culture as the PACE team delivers excellent services to customers around the world. Prior to joining PACE LLC, Mr. Williams was President of CWilliams LLC where he provided independent consulting, strategic advice and support to the defense industry and government officials in all matters of acquisition planning, contract formation and general contract management processes. While serving in the Department of Defense, he served as the Director of the Defense Contract Management Agency and as Deputy Assistant Secretary Contracting, in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition amongst other positions. Mr. Williams is Level III certified in Contracting, an NCMA Fellow and holds degrees from Middle Tennessee State University, Tennessee State University and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
Ms. Dunn is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall accounting and finance functions. She has nearly twenty years of experience in accounting and business management, and is an actively licensed certified public accountant. Ms. Dunn received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master of Science degree in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University.
